Event concepts often evolve considerably between the initial pitch and their final production. Client feedback, technical adjustments, budget discussions and the involvement of multiple teams naturally reshape a project along the way.
For Crédit Agricole Assurances, something extremely rare happened: the concept presented during the competitive pitch was selected and produced almost exactly as it had first been imagined. The client responded so strongly to the original proposal that they wanted to preserve its vision, its architecture and the entire sequence of experiences through to the final event.
This was all the more significant given the scale and complexity of the project. Designed for a very large audience, the experience began with a spectacular plenary show, followed by an immersive transitional corridor leading guests behind the main stage. There, a monumental cocktail environment unfolded through a series of interactive experiences, before the evening culminated in a live concert on a dedicated festive stage.
Despite the number of spaces, experiences and technical challenges involved, the project moved from its initial visualisation to reality with remarkable fidelity. Its creative ambition was validated by the client, while its feasibility was confirmed by the production teams—a rare alignment made possible by a clear and shared vision from the very beginning.
For us, this project is a powerful expression of what can happen when an agency and its creative partners understand one another deeply. Years of collaboration with Auditoire have created a relationship built on trust, creative intuition and technical understanding. It allowed us to move decisively, reach the right idea from the outset and develop a proposal in which concept, design and production were already fully aligned.
We warmly thank Auditoire and its teams for their trust, and for the creative and technical partnership that made such an exceptional continuity between pitch and reality possible.
